Ministry of Civil and Social Service:

  1. •Founder and President of “Nuestra Casa del Pueblo” an agency dedicated to the construction and rehabilitation of buildings to accommodate low income families.

  2. •Founder of “Mana” a program that is dedicated to feeding the homeless on a weekly basis.

  3. •Founder and President of “The Helping Hand Center” in the city of Bridgeport, a program that had been in existence for over 35 years and is dedicated to the rehabilitation and reintegration of people that have an addiction to drugs.  The Honorable George W. Bush has recognized this program, as an example of “Faith Based” programs in the Nation.

  4. •Founder of the Program “Second Face” dedicated to serve people that are living with HIV/AIDS.  This program offers a wide range of services to residents and non-residents

 

Governmental Services:

  1. •Board member of the Commission of Education for the Sate of Connecticut.  This committee served as consultants for state universities, colleges and technical schools throughout the state.

  2. •Commissioner of Public Housing for the City of Bridgeport

  3. •Commissioner of Parks and Recreation

Ministry of International Services:

  1. •Evangelistic Campaigns in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela, Columbia and Honduras

  2. •Founder and establisher of the orphanage “New Future, Inc.” in the Dominican Republic in the City of Bonao

  3. •Founder of Christian Evangelistic Programs in the Republics of Honduras and Colombia

  4. •Shipment of medical equipment, non-perishable foods and clothing to all of Latin and South America
